Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)
These Terms govern the use of iwasthere (https://iwasthere.pics, the "Service") operated by Iwasthere (the "Company").
"Service" refers to the online platform that allows event organizers to upload photos and attendees to find their own photos through facial recognition. "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
Article 2 (Formation of Agreement)
The service agreement is formed when the User agrees to these Terms and completes email verification as provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Service Content)
Free Plan: 50 photos per event, up to 3 active events, 48-hour retention, 8MB per file. Pro Plan: 500 photos per event, up to 50 active events, 7-day retention, video support, 15MB per file, ₩5,900/month (VAT included). The Company may modify service content and pricing with at least 7 days' prior notice.
As an auxiliary feature of face search, the service may use appearance information (clothing, body shape, etc.) of a face-matched person to present, in a separate 'estimated' section, photos within the same event where the face is not visible but the person is presumed to be the same. Estimated results are not identity-confirmed and may not be you.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company. Content uploaded by Users (photos, videos, etc.) remains the property of the respective User. The Company uses such content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or User fault. The Company is not liable for loss of expected profits or damages resulting from information obtained through the Service.
Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)
When amending these Terms, the Company will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and terminate their account.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
